You may or may not feel similar side effects with the tramadol. Dizziness, drowsiness and weakness are the most common side-effects of tramadol. I am surprised you are having problems with Tylenol 4 as Codeine is not very strong and tends to wear of after you take it a few times, but than again if you only take it on and off I see where the problem would be.
